The pivotal building exterior

The Pivotal building Kings Cross

The Pivotal building on Pentonville road has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment, stripping back the building to its frame, and providing 26,000 sq ft of grade A office space. In turn with the recent developments in the area, this regeneration is something we at King’s Cross Office Space love to see.

As we mention in our previous post, King’s Cross has come a long way since 2008, attracting a wider range of businesses and providing more high quality modern offices. This recent injection of talent and space has allowed King’s Cross to grow, not only in a physical sense, but also in stature.the pivotal building office

The Pivotal building looks to be a fantastic refurbishment and some of its key features have got us really excited. The developers have installed new VRF air conditioning, two passenger lifts, full access tile raised floors, a glass panelled top floor with full length windows and a new entrance canopy with an enlarged reception. When completed, the building will have 26 coveredcycle spaces and 10 rooftop car parking spaces, and to top it all off an exclusive rooftop terrace has been included. The pivotal building reception

Being a mixed use development, the King’s Cross area offers a great deal of shops, restaurants, bars, hotels, galleries and music venues so you will never be short of having something to do. Just a five minute walk away is the relaxing waterside by Regent’s canal with plenty of green sports to take your mind off of the office.

The Pivotal building is in between Angel (Northern line) and King’s Cross (Circle, Victoria, Piccadilly, Northern, Metropolitan and Hammersmith and City lines) underground stations and also benefits from international links from StPancras.
