5 of the coolest Serviced Offices/ Coworking spots near King’s Cross

In our post discussing King’s Cross’s tech building potential we noted one problem that we thought may affect the growth of start-up tech companies in the area; the lack of serviced and flexible work space options. However this problem is being addressed, and, with some of the world’s leading architects and designers working on new developments, we are looking forward to the future of offices in King’s Cross. But until then, we’ve decided to compile a list of we what think are five of the coolest serviced Offices available right now in King’s Cross.

1. East Side, King’s Cross Station

First on our list is the Office Groups East Side building, located in part of the recently redesigned King’s Cross Station…no excuse for being late if you’re based here! One of the things we love about this office is beautiful arches over the main entrance of the station and the preservation of original features within. Combining private offices with co-working lounges, East Side is providing exactly what King’s Cross is crying out for.

2. At Work Hubs

At Work Hubs is a flexible co-working space on Euston Street offering a business ecosystem whose ethos is – “liberating the way you work”. They put emphasis on partnerships and collaboration and have even put together ‘biz critical support partners’, in place to run the parts of your business that you don’t want to.

3. Work Life

We mentioned Work Life in a previous blog, but to be honest, we just can’t get enough of this space. Situated just off the Lock, Work Life is kitted out with some of the coolest features we’ve seen across the whole of London, and so it’s no wonder MTV and Dr Martins have already taken private spaces there. With a mixture of lounges, hot desks and meeting rooms Work Life has something to offer entrepreneurs and established businesses alike…and any office with pictures of David Bowie on the wall has our vote every day of the week.

4. Interchange: Triangle

Opened on the 30th September, Interchange Triangle provides a combination of shared, fixed and private space just above Camden market. What makes it so cool? Ping pong tables, members gym, and panoramic views of London.

5. Lenta, King’s Cross Road

Last on our list is a building we featured recently; the brilliantly designed Lenta serviced office on King’s Cross Road. We simply love the award winning architecture giving it one of the quirkiest looks on our list.serviced offices in King’s Cross exterior
