A five desk office will be available to rent at the Gridiron building from the 1st of January, offering modern, high quality space in an exciting location. The building overlooks St. Pancras Square which will soon be filled with green spaces, cafés and bars as part of the ongoing regeneration of the area. The building has some iconic architecture, with 396 cast iron circular pillarssupporting the property as a respectful nod to King’s Cross’s Victorian past.
The business centre takes up three floors and is made up of private offices, meeting rooms and open plan lounges. This 5 person office is available on flexible terms that include full IT and telephony, access to fully equipped kitchens and break out areas and secure bike storage with showers.
Offices can be taken empty, or fully furnished, depending on your company’s preference. Four onsite meeting rooms can be rented at a discounted rate and there is a large break out space for informal meetings and debriefs. The site is accessible 24 hours a day and reception is manned during business hours.
Transport
One of the coolest aspects of the Gridiron Building is its direct access to King’s Cross Tube Station! Other nearby stations include Euston (Northern and Victoria lines) and Mornington Crescent (Northern line).
